I have taken a step towards a dream of mine…. adventuring in a campervan.  When I say this, I actually mean that I have bought a blank canvas of a van, ripe to convert.  I am no expert DIY’er so this is going to be a slow, but hopefully rewarding journey.

I’ve decided to share this build journey (as well as all my travel adventures) on here to record what I have achieved, where I have explored and also to help any other people out there doing the same thing that I am doing now.

I must make one admission….I actually bought the van two years ago, very late in the season.  My first winter/spring saw me get it to a basic, usable state, the words “glorified tent” comes to mind!  This last Autumn – Spring season has seen the van develop dramatically and that development has pushed me to start this journal in earnest.
