I have wonderful memories of my dad’s old VW T25. We used to take it on family trips, roaming across Europe when I was a child. It was also the first vehicle I was insured on to drive and the first campervan my now-husband had ever been on a trip in. So when my dad sadly passed, I was resolved to take it on as a project.

As it turns out it has turned into a much bigger project than I expected. Mostly due to it being on sorn while I gathered some money (selling my T4) and sorting a driveway I could bring it home to. Apparently T25s do not do well sat still.

so I’ve chosen to resurrect this site to capture the restoration. I did a poor job of this with my T4 build and regret not having easy references as well as memories to look back on.
