The bed is in, but that is all so my “comfy” space both in terms of sitting and sleeping is limited. My solution is to build a side bench and a side cupboard.
My layout choice is unusual. The standard T4 conversion has a 3/4 width seat/bed with a bank of cupboards along one side which house the stove and fridge. I grew up with campers of this layout and while I can confirm that they are hugely practical, I wanted to have more lounging space. I also don’t have the concern of squeezing in a family of four (or more!) as it is just my husband and I.

I have decided that I want an “L” shape seating area. To achieve this I am putting a side bench that runs alongside the bottom of my rock and roll seat in and then a little full height side cupboard that will extend the back of the rock and roll seat into an L.
